"Mowa Rewaka" and Sokdruk Sherab

Sokdruk Sherab (སོག་ཕྲུག་ཤེས་རབ), Tibetan musician, film director and comedian, was arrested by the secret police on 20 September 2012 at 7 PM local time in Malho Sokdzong, Amdo, Tibet.

Zupjee Dolma, Golok comedian and close friend of Sokdruk Sherab, confirmed the lost of all contacts with him.
Sokdruk Sherab is the author of many films that have the theme of human rights in Tibet.
Zupjee Dolma thinks Soktruk Sherab was arrested for having produced on november 2010 the film "Divination and hope", on elections for Kalon Tripa. She thinks the Chinese authorities did not immediately understood the importance of Dr. Lobsang Sangay, and it is only now that they have realized its popularity inside Tibet.

Sokdruk Sherab was released few weeks later.
