Two young Tibetan girls from Golok are singing :
"Here, at this place, we have the holy Dharma
that began since very ancient times in Tibet.
It is the only protection of Tibet without protector.
It is the guide for this and next lives.
If you hear about it, you will get the great liberation upon hearing.
If you practice it, you will get the nirvana in this life.
If you bad mouth it and lose your faith
you will finish by being separated of its protection.

On above, dark rocky mountain
was the place of the wild yak in the ancient times.
There is no more wild yaks, but their descendants are
nowadays yaks, instead of wild yaks.
This is the livestock of black hair Tibetans,
the heritage of snow land of Tibet.
If you bring them in the slaughter place of Chinese butchers,
you will finish by being separated of your own fortune.
