Publié le 3 Octobre 2012 par Ling Lhamo

Made in Tibet, September 28, 2012. Tsering Dhondup, professor of Buddhist Institute of Gansu province in Labrang, Amdo, Tibet, speaks on education for freedom in Tibet based on the respect of human rights with Qinghai TV's journalist, Dralo. Tsering Dhondup calls people to use the lawsuits against Chinese police or Chinese officials who are acting against the constitutional law. Chinese constitution is often shown to international community as respectful of democratic standards, but in reality, police often practice torture and officials are giving illegal instructions. So, Tibetan people has to learn Chinese constitutional law, says Tsering Dhondup, in order to be able to engage the lawsuits against the police torture or the discriminating decisions of local authorities.
