Tibetans will hardly celebrate Tibetan losar, on March 2, as all visas for any foreigner will be blocked during all the month of March, we learned from a well informed source.
Some 100.000 Chinese soldiers camping all arround Lhasa, the capital of Tibet, will block all entry in Lhasa during March.
No doubt, same kind of measures will concerne Golok region of Amdo, where people traditionally celebrate Tibetan new year and reject Chinese and Mongolian new year celebration.
