Video made in Tibet by one very young musician from Golok, who recorded two of his friends singing folk song with lyrics of the Sixth Dalai Lama, Tsangyang Gyatso (1683-1702). The poetry of the Sixth Dalai Lama was strongly influenced by popular songs of his native region in Bhutan. So, very naturally, his poetry became lyrics for many Tibetan folk songs, as in this video, interpreted by two Golok monks. English subtitles thenks to Lobsang Jinpa
