There is one special women that I think about on this International Women's Day: my heart sister, venerable Kunsang Lhamo. Her elementary human rights are trampled by Chinese police: she is in Tibet, Golok Gabde, under arbitrary house arrest since September 2014 and her health is degrading every day. She is not allowed to go to the good hospital in Xining and even not allowed to go to not so good hospital in Golok Khulthok. She is only allowed to go to Golok Gabde hospital, under equipped and unable to help her. She is tightly watched wherever she goes and her phone is under control. This is the reality of Women's Day in Tibet.
