Strong police forces encircled Losar festivities in Kumbum, Amdo, today.

Strong police forces present in Rebkong during Losar festivities organised by Ronwo monastery. Ronwo monastery first was obliged to renounced to celebrate Losar, but finaly got the permission from Chinese autorities.
