Tulku Tenzin Palden Tashi, reincarnated head of Tonkyab monastery in Golok Gabde in Tibet, can not use his computer today. Chinese governement cutted all internet and phone lines with his monastery. As he is not 18 years old, he can not be "registrated monk" according to Chinese rule. He could be expulsed from his own monastry. All this because one monk from his monastery published a book explaning causes of self-immolations in Tibet.
