Meeting neighbors or relatives and competing in songs dances or other traditional arts is one important ancestral Tibetan costume. Still living all over Tibet, it is also practiced in exile. But this 14 July 2014, on Saka Dawa full moon, Tibetan artistic troops from four different countries met for the first time in Paris to start the new European competition of Tibetan artistic groups. The organisers, Tibetan community of France and Bureau de Tibet, made clear rules to present by each group one dance, one solo song and one group song, and designed as jury members two great Tibetan musicologists, one from Swiss and one from Canada.
