Gebhe free but not really: famous Tibetan singer Gebhe was authorised by Chinese police to visit his dying mother, but should be back to police station, according to one well informed commun friend, who spoke to him yesterday. Gebhe dissapeared after his concert in Ngaba, three weeks ago.
